"I recently purchased a 2003 Heritage Softtail. I talked with Dan by phone several times before I came in. I got all the info I needed before making the trip from the cities. Dan is very knowledgeable of all the bikes in stock and the add ons for each.I worked with sales,finance, parts,clothing, and service during my purchase. The entire staff is awesome to work with. "I came to the Harley Shop on Fri (12-10-10) to buy myself a new leather jacket with recent birthday money. Upon trying on a few jackets on my own and sales lady came over to help me. I had never met her before,we exchanged names and she gave me more help than I dreamed I would get. After coming home and thinking about how I would wear the jacket, I had decided that it would not be big enough and knew I had to try a bigger size. Niki once again helped me when I arrived on 12-13-10. I left the harley shop Monday with the jacket that I am now very pleased to own. I will now look for Niki every time I am there.
